2. How and when you receive your project

• Instant access: as soon as your payment is confirmed (usually within a few seconds), the project is added to My projects in your CSIP12 account.
• Your PDF: you then enter your name, school, teacher details and page design. The personalised PDF is created on the spot, usually in under a minute, and can be downloaded or viewed straight away.
• Program files: the program file (.py), the data file (.csv, for IP projects) and a how-to-run guide can be downloaded from My projects right after payment.
• Where: delivery happens only inside your logged-in account on CSIP12.in. We do not send the PDF by email or post. Please log in with the same Google account you used to pay.

3. Access and downloads

• You can download your PDF and program files as many times as you like from My projects.
• Each purchase includes 2 PDF generations: the first PDF and one corrected version if you need to change your details or design.
• Please save a copy of your PDF and program files on your own device as soon as you download them.
• You need a PDF reader to open the report; to run the programs you need Python (and MySQL for CS projects), as explained in the how-to-run guide.

4. If your project does not appear

If your payment succeeded but the project is not in My projects within 30 minutes (for example, because the browser was closed during payment), please email us with your login email, the project name and the Razorpay payment ID or UPI reference. We will add it to your account within 24 hours, or refund the payment in full as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

5. Where we deliver

Because delivery is online, the projects are available wherever CSIP12.in can be opened. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and payments are processed by Razorpay.
