Cancellation & Refund Policy

2. Cancellation

A purchase is completed the moment the payment succeeds, and the project is added to your account straight away, so an order cannot be cancelled after payment. If you change your mind, you can still ask for a refund under section 3 as long as you have not yet created your PDF.

If you close the payment window, or the payment fails, no purchase is made. If money was debited for a failed payment, your bank or Razorpay returns it automatically, usually within 5–7 working days.

3. When you get a full refund

• Unused purchase: you ask within 7 days of payment and have not yet created the PDF for that project.
• Charged twice: you were charged more than once for the same project. The extra payment is refunded in full.
• Not delivered: the payment succeeded but the project did not appear in My projects, and we could not fix it within 24 hours of hearing from you.
• Technical fault: the PDF could not be created or downloaded because of a fault on our side that we could not fix within 3 working days.

4. When a refund is not possible

Each PDF is personalised with your name, school and teacher details and can be downloaded immediately, so once you have created the PDF the purchase cannot be refunded, except for the cases in section 3. In particular, no refund is given for:

• mistakes in the details you typed: every purchase includes 2 PDF generations, so you can correct them once;
• choosing a different project after creating the PDF, or buying a project by mistake and then using it;
• the marks or grade given by your school or examiner. The project is a ready reference; schools may expect students to understand, modify and present their own work.

5. How to ask for a refund

Email us from the email address you use to log in to CSIP12.in, with:

• the project name and the date of payment;
• the Razorpay payment ID (starts with pay_; it is in the payment confirmation from Razorpay) or your UPI reference number;
• the reason for the refund.

We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method (same UPI account, card or bank account) within 5–7 working days; your bank may take a few more days to show it. After a refund, the project is removed from your account.
